Victor Warhem took up his post at the cep in Paris in July 2019. A graduate in economics from Sciences Po Paris and the Paris School of Economics, he specialises in financial and macroeconomic issues. As the Centres for European Policy Network's representative in France, he manages the operations of the Paris office and handles relations with the media and public and private stakeholders.
