Drones, algorithms, reconnaissance: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly becoming a decisive factor in the war in Ukraine. The Centre for European Policy (cep) has analysed the technological capabilities of Kiev and Moscow. The result: Ukraine clearly has the advantage. The use of military AI raises questions about the rules of warfare in the age of autonomous weapons.
