Status

Sectoral European data spaces help to remove obstacles to the sharing, use and re-use of data. Bringing together relevant private and public actors and pooling knowledge and expertise can reduce the transaction costs of data producers and users. Data rooms can also facilitate the development of common technical standards and templates for contractual conditions. However, any public action on data rooms must be market neutral and must not lead to distortions of competition.
