Due to the geographical and political expansion of the EU, European politics has become more complicated, confronting us with an ever growing range of questions. Is an upcoming EU regulation made in Brussels compatible with the principle of subsidiarity? Which consequences will it have on German law? What will be the effects for the German economy and its attractiveness as investment location? Finding answers to these questions is essential to the decision making process on european regulations and therefore requires German politicans to be able to give concrete responses.

In our policy briefs (mostly in German), we summarise and evaluate relevant regulations in the EU in a short and precise manner – before they are voted on and adopted. Based on these expert opinions as well as on background talks we support German politicians in better exerting their influence on EU decision-making.
