Nowadays, 84 % of all legislation valid for the Federal Republic of Germany is passed in Brussels, only 16 % originates from Berlin.

Nevertheless, many actors affected by EU regulations are often not aware of them until they are passed.

Then, obviously, it is too late to exert any influence on the decision-making process.

In order to change this, EU policies have to be monitored systematically at an early stage.

Decision-makers as well as the general public depend on reliable analysis and concepts to pursue proactive politics.
