EU Commissioner Ansip calls for swift end to roaming surcharges in Europe
The EU Commission Vice President for the Digital Single Market, Andrus Ansip, told the news agency Reuters that EU member states were "not ambitious enough today" regarding the abolition of roaming surcharges in Europe. cep telecommunications expert Phillipp Eckhardt, however, believes that a swift end to roaming surcharges would be problematic.
